WORD-UP-This Week In Review!

February 01-2008:

WORD-UP:

Would Barack Obama Settle For Vice President?

At the outset of this campaign, Barack Obama said that he was not running for Vice President.

And that's that!

However, I don't think he will consent to that position.

If he does, I will never forgive him for taking the traditional stereotypical 'shadow position' that is so commonly expected!

Microsoft Proposed Buyout Of Yahoo Internet Search Engine!

ATTENTION:

This new proposed takeover deal by Microsoft of Yahoo Internet, may not necessarily be a good deal for Internet users generally.

WHY?

* If this deal goes through, Microsoft will be in a position to sell or share more personal information online with the FBI, and other agencies, un-knowingly to Internet users.
And that spells TROUBLE for us all.

* Secondly, this new deal (if it happens) will make Microsoft another Mega Corporate controller of the Internet and web services (search engine).

* And Microsoft may restructure or dismiss lots of employees of Yahoo in this deal, for it's own people too!

So this new development is worth contemplating very seriously!

WORD-UP:

The American people do not need a Cleaning lady in the White House!

Hillary Clinton said tonight the following:
Quote: It took a Clinton to clean up after the first Bush. And it may take a Clinton to clean up after the second Bush.

Summary:
We do not need a Cleaning Lady in the White House. What we need is a president who will keep that house and the administration SPANKY clean during his time, and leave it clean for his successors!

WORD-UP:

Barack Obama Does Not Need To Be Dictated To!

The press and local media keep stressing that Barack Obama has to be more specific with his position on issues!

I dare say, that Barack Obama, like Hillary Clinton, are both Lawyers. They know when it is crucial to reveal the evidence or substance for their case, to convince the Judge or Jury.

So stop trying to DICTATE to Barack Obama how he should sell himself in this competition!

January 30-2008:

The Republican's Debate!

WORD-UP:

Mike Hukabee's response to the question of Sandra Day O'Connor's appointment to the Supreme Court.

Quote:

"I am not going to come to the Ronald Reagan's library and say something stupid like whether his suggestion that Ms. O'connor was eligible for the appointment. I am not that stupid."

This was the best response to a question by a candidate on this Republican Debate so far!

And Hukabee's summation of Ronald Reagan's beliefs was ON POINT. Especially his view on what is to be a proud American!

January 29-2008:

Never Trust A RAT!

WORD-UP:

Hillary Clinton is expected to win in the Florida primary tonight. She is so desperate to win something, that she has defied the promise that she and the other democratic candidates made sometime ago, not to campaign in Florida.

Even though that win is not VALID, and gives her ZERO delegates!

That is the Hillary Clinton that expects to win the nomination, after breaking that collective agreement among her contemporaries!

WORD-UP:

Appearances Matter!

Have you ever observed that behind Mitt Romney and John McCain's speeches every time. There is NEVER any person or Persons of COLOR standing behind them on the podium.

And I ask myself if this injection was ever considered, overlooked, or never deemed necessary or important?

Just a thought!
