A Commonsense Way To Secure Your Laptop When Travelling!

May 17-2008:

WORD-UP:

A Commonsense Way To Secure Your Laptop's Hard

Drive Data When Travelling!

Commomsence dictates that you do this. If you have a LapTop computer, and you are aware of the current airport security systems in place internationally.

Then you MUST take pains to ensure that your Hard Drive data is safe, when travelling internally and externally.

If you have'nt already done so, then you MUST consider using an external data saving hard drive. This gives you the ability to copy and save all the data that is stored on your conmputer's hard drive, unto that removeable hard drive, when travelling, for security reasons.

So when they ask to see your computer, they will not get any private information supposedly stored there. And if they want to check your Hand Luggage and discover your mobile hard drive.

All you have to do is show them it, and let them know that this item contains personal and classified data, for your eyes only.

If they refuse to allow you to board that plane, by suggesting that you leave that hard drive with their security personnel. Then you have the right to protest, defer boarding that aircraft, and seek legal advice/consultation on this civil right's issue!
