Make no mistake about it, Mr. Michael Bloomberg (Mayor of NYC), is just another politician that changed the rules to extend his term limits to THREE terms only recently. He is now in his third (illegal) term currently.

This man uses the Police Department in New York City to enforce his closeted anti-minority and anti-working class bias into effect.

Not only has he used this institution to continue punitive behavior without redress, but encourages them to continue doing the good work (as he sees ), regardless of how blatant their actions and prejudices are.

Recently this Jewish hypocrite and Mayoral monster said that he will not harass the Occupy Wall Street Protestors. But I knew that is just lip service, and it was only a matter of time before he claims that it was endangering commercial businesses within that area.

And indeed his said just that a few days after his so-called hands off suggestion.

Do not let this outgoing mayor, and political buffoon to frighten you into submission to his prejudiced and pro-business eccentric mindset. Beware of Verizon/s unscrupulous practices. They are sharing your
information with others, and conspiring to coerce users into using specific software and computers that are favorable to them.

They have also overcharged me when I dis-continued my DSL service with them recently, claiming that I had to pay $79.00 early termination fee as per contract. But when I checked the e-mail they sent me, there is no such contract mention, or any early termination fee either.

I will NEVER pay this early termination fee, they will not swindle me like they do so many others.

At Night I Leave My Body To Recharge While I Roam In Another Dimension!

I have been experiencing this phenomenon or dreamlike reality for several weeks now. Most nights when I fall asleep, I am transported to another dimension literally in sleep. Why do I believe this? Here are some of the reasons to support my contention.

I have been having the same dream/s almost every night. I see the same people mostly, experience the same places, travel the same terrain and routes, and bid farewell to almost the very same individuals, when I am about to re-enter my body or wake up almost every night.

This sounds uncanny, but it is my reality, and is also very real to me. I wrote an article titled "We Are Living In A Parallel Universe" some months ago. And this article attempts to explain this personal experience of mine in more detail.

I Enjoy The Experience Mostly:

Most of the time in these escapades during sleep, I enjoy meeting these individuals. Most of them appear like us humans, of different complexions. But not necessarily different in language. I have never met anyone during my sleep who spoke to me in any other language other than my own which is English.

I also believe that when we communicate in the spirit world we do so with the mind. And this too I experienced, because I did not have to actually SPEAK, but just communicate with my thoughts. I also found that very often when I am about to shake hands with someone, he/she is unable to grasp mine, and he/she looks puzzled, because they believe that we are both on the same spiritual plane or reality.

They cannot understand that I am in a physical body. That is why they cannot feel my hands like we do here on the physical world/reality.

Pain And Pleasure Is Also There:

I sometimes experience frightful encounters from individuals who want to either kill me, or do me some harm. And to escape this encounter, I remind myself that they cannot really kill me, because I am dreaming, and quickly thereafter, I awake in fear. Or sometimes if it was a pleasant encounter, I awake very pleased with myself too.

Our Planet Earth Is Our Own Reality:

This planet we call earth, is our human reality. But it may not be the only physical place where other beings exist. Maybe not in the shape or form as we do. But another reality peculiar to themselves.

That is why I so strongly believe in other dimensions.

That is why most religions subscribe to this belief, because this belief/reality is inherent in our human DNA.

Call it Heaven, Paradise, Zion, or The Kingdom Of Heaven. This belief is global to the human specie, regardless of whether you are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Atheist, or Agnostic..

Your Emotions Are Your Ego In Disguise!

Ever wonder why you feel hurt by someone's action/s, even when reason tells you that the feeling you have is wrong? This happens because you allowed your emotions to take precedence over reasonable action or thought.

Before we do anything, or say anything, the brain or thought process is first activated and instructs your mouth, or other body part to take action. The type of action we take is based upon several factors. These are past personal experiences, fears, suspicions, lack of trust in that person, lack of self confidence in the outcome of such action, and possibly the consequences.

But we still have to take action, or at least, we are compelled to take action, because the brain tells us to do so. Then finally, we take some form of action, be it in words or deeds. Then await the consequences.
Sometimes the person responds favorably, or un-favorably. And based on the type of response we get, we feel pleased or dis-pleased with ourselves.

All that is happening here, is the EGO expressing how it feels. Being able to control the Ego, and allowing the brain to do some initial thinking through any decision we are about to take, would be (in most cases) beneficial to us.

But as I said before, this initial thought process almost never gets priority. There is no silver bullet on how or when thought should precede sensible action. Or what type of action would be beneficial in the end. But whatever action/s we take, and the accompanying result/s must be accepted.

Here of late, I have observed Facebook removing users from their wed page for simple things like posting Animated Suggestive Pics. Anything that vaguely resembles Sexual Conduct, and not in keeping with their CONSERVATIVE mind set, will be removed. Along with the user who posted it or those photos.

I was one of those victims of the Facebook Policing methods currently being ENFORCED.

Hitherto, when Facebook was starting up, and it's users were not in the millions, they were very pro-user, and user friendly. Now Facebook has become a Global Online empire, making billions in US an Euro Dollars, their attitude towards users Online have changed dramatically. And much to the demise of Free Internet Interaction among ALL users.

I ask all those who still cherish Internet Freedom to petition Facebook about these acts, and object to the removal of users who POST Animated cartoons on their pages. This is MOST RIDICULOUS to say the least.

Firstly, no employer will hire anyone, unless he/she needs that person.

Secondly, every employer strives to limit overhead costs, and that entails a decreasing staff, or pressing those already employed to work smarter, produce more, and increase productivity in overall performance.

Services And Industry:

If you are a producer of some product, your primary intention is to find a location that provides reasonable tax requirements, cheap labor, market and supply access routes, and a reliable customer source of revenue. When that is established, the possibility of persuading customers and potential customers, to buy more of your produce may be entertained via marketing and advertising avenues.

If there is a Labor Union in house that you (the employer) has to appease, it makes even more difficult to exploit the worker, and the expense for Health Care and Workmen's Compensation/Injury on the job Benefits makes for increased overhead costs too.

The same can be said for the Service's Industries. Minimum wages may be the pay for new entrants, but no employee will give his/her best performance with a minimum wage indefinitely. Therefore, regular worker turnover via resignations, can impact how you the employer is able to provide that service, and how efficient it will be.

Demand And Supply:

Businesses are mindful to provide for the demand and supply of goods, and services. Entrepreneurs decide how and where new inputs or produce is realized. And what type of skills/abilities are required to furnish that or those needs.

If the local economy does not have or cannot provide the skills needed immediately. Then the employer may take his/her business overseas. And when this is done by several large and small businesses, the local economy suffers from mass un-employment, lack of consumer purchasing abilities, and slow economic growth.

Being a teacher in the USA:

It is not easy being a teacher in the USA. Some children here seem to have little or no regard for whoever stands at that Chalk Board. Much less listen to or obey some of their instructions.

And some children (especially young boys), who are taller and bigger than their class teacher, feels that he can do anything, and his teacher dare not challenge him, and disregard some of their instructions.

College Aspirations:

How many Secondary School graduates can afford to attend a four or two year college in the USA today?

I guess no many, for the following reasons.

* If you are from a lower income or working class background, especially a Single Parent who provides for your needs.

Chances are, even with scholarships, you may never be able to attend college full time for four years straight.

* The Semester fees are enormous, the cost for text books are always raising, especially at the end of every Semester.

* Computers, travel, snacks, and other personal essentials add up on a daily basis.

* Most colleges want their tuition fees up front, especially if you are a freshman or woman.

So it does not matter how brilliant a child is after High School. He/she must be able to provide tuition fees, or get loans in order to attend any two or four year college.

And when he/she graduates, is left with several thousands of dollars in (student loans with interest), to pay for decades after graduating from college.

Elizabeth Warren (Asst. Advisor To The President, and Special Advisor To The Treasury), is now The New Consumer Protection Agency Advisor.

She has made it quite clear her intention to just setup the Agency, but has no aspiration to become Head of that department.

Fearing that the Republicans will not favor her in that position, and will frustrate the process as best they can, to prevent her nomination to that position.

QUESTIONS:

* To whom would she be subordinate to?

* Would this agency be autonomous?

* Could this agency bring Legal action against any Business, Bank, Broker, or Insurance company if it can be proven, that they have defrauded some consumer/s or have used misleading information, advertising, or jargon to exploit consumers?

* Would the employees of this agency be Federal Employees, which would allow them to access or receive Federal Health care benefits, salaries, etc?

What Is The Point In Contesting For A Miss World Or A Miss Universe?

Firstly, how on earth could anyone determine who or what makes someone a Miss Universe or a Miss World?

Is this determination made just from those who participated in some preliminary evaluation contest?

And how valid is this presumption anyway?

These are questions that I have asked myself time and again, but still ponder this ridiculous competition. States and organizations are getting on the bandwagon of Global vanity, to have their women paraded in front of the cameras, harassed, ridiculed, cajoled, sexually molested sometimes too, just for the moment in the spotlight when she will be crowned Queen of the Harem!

Couldn’t we find some other competition to involve our women in like Educational Excellence, Personal Skills at some craft or endeavor, or Voluntary Humanitarian work?

It is now high time for us all, especially Black or Women Of Color, to ponder and re-consider before jumping on the bandwagon of personal vanity and fame!

Being Over Fifty & The Ability To Think Rationally And Clearly!

I have often heard people say that after attaining age 50, one's ability to think rationally, clearly, or quickly, becomes impaired or slows down. This to my mind is RUBBISH. For the following reasons.

* I am now 60 years of age. And my ability to think clearly, rationally, and quickly have not slowed or is not impaired.

* Secondly, I wrote my GED or the High School Equivalency Exam in December 2005. I was 55 years of age then. And I passed that exam with very high grades too. When I attended classes, there were a few adolescent individuals therein that ridiculed me openly for being there.

Because they felt that I could not cope with the studies, or that I was too "OLD" to be there. But I showed them that I was not too old to succeed. While several of them repeated the course several times, others fell by the wayside. And others dis-continued it, some time during the course period.

Is There A Future For The Over Fifty Folks?

It depends on what your interpretation of a future is. If you intend to seek employment at the ground level, or beginners level. Then that might be a bit diffcult to achieve. Most employers tend to hire the younger or youthful for such positions, regardless of past work experience.

It seems to be preferred because they can be paid far less wages, than those with past related experience. In some cases, employers seek older employees for specific tasks or positions, that require past experience.

This saves them from having to train recruits, which cost the firm money, and time, while this process is being done. And there is no guarantee that the recruit will stay afterwards for any lenghty period either.

Plus, over fifties bring stability, loyalty, is good at taking instructions, are very often self-supervised, and punctual too. And most over fifty folks do this part time, with very specific needs and expectations, regarding their Contract Of Work/Service.

Most over fifties have already decided what they want from life, for their career or future prospects.

This comes as no surprise, considering the fact that this country was founded and developed with this aggressive and lethal weapon called the gun. The Spanish American War was also fought, and the conquered lands were never returned to Spain by America.

Thus making those Spanish named states the bone of contention for most illegal Mexicans, who see no illegality in crossing the Mexican Border illegally. As they see it, those areas are occupied and are illegally claimed by America.

The USA's Devastating Loss:

The USA played against Ghana on June 26-2010 in South Africa. This is the second time that The USA was defeated by Ghana in a World Cup match. And the media Pundits and USA players are all crying out loud that they should not have been defeated by a state with the size of Oregon, and with a small population.

Now what does this have to do with the US loss to these African Titans?

* Firstly, the Ghanians played a very creative, disciplined, defensive, and offensive game. The total package was their forte.

* The Ghanians are fitter, can outlast the US players anytime with longevity on the field. And does not tire easily.

* And almost every Ghanian player can score a goal.

* The US players on the other hand are more offensive with their game strategy, and seem not to too keen on playing defensively. Until they find themselves in serious trouble. Then they expect ONE player (Donavan) to score a goal.

Until the US soccer team can acquire GOAL scorers, and Strikers that can guarantee an early goal in any game. The US will find themselves always having to defend everytime.

However, it was a very good match between these two teams. But the Ghanians had more reason to be victorious, because they were the only African team left standing, and they STOOD UP indeed at the final hour for Africa.

Was SPAIN Having A Bad Day At The Games Today?

Spain versus Switzerland at the World Cup in South Africa:

Spain came into this first round with the reputation of a favorite. And with a record of several world cup victories already. They played professionally, passed the ball around to each other, used every opportunity that was provided them, but did not score a single goal.

Was it because of the very tight defense the Swiss was giving them? Or was it too much precaution, that was so evident with all of the countries that played before them so far?

Whatever it was, Spain has a lot of Face Saving to do, in order to make their fans feel confident, that their team will perform like they always do remarkably well, and possibly take home the Africa Cup at the end.

However, that was only the first round. So we will have to wait and see how they and others like them will perform in the second round!

The Advent Of The Two Legged Animals!

From The Ants' Perspective:

For centuries our ancestors lived, roamed, and built our Colonies or Ant Hills without any problems to talk about. We moved on to different locations when our queen died or gave birth. We felt that our lives would be as serene and secure as we were accustomed for centuries. When alas, we discovered by accident that they were creatures about, that we had never seen or heard of before, and these creatures walked on two legs, and upright too.

Hitherto, the creatures we knew, most had four legs, and some crawled on their stomachs, while others seem to rise up in the air on wings too. But they never did us any harm. We all survived and thrived without much concern for each other's livelihood. When some asked our Queen to explain who these new creatures that walked on two legs were, she said that it was a Bad Omen, and that it was the beginning of terrible experiences for our species. And that we must keep our eyes peeled for their movements, growth in numbers, and activities.

Tilling Our Lands:

These new two legged creatures (known today as humans), plowed the ground with very hard materials which rooted up some of our Ant Hills. Some used animal drawn carts or vehicles to move the crops they grew too, and this continued unabated for what seem like ages, by these two legged creatures, without ceasing.

Detrimental Substances:

As time passed some of our new arrivals used liquid substances on the ground, for reasons that I cannot determine, which killed several thousands of our fellow ant populations from time to time. Causing us to flee wherever we can be spared from certain death. I understand that these liquid substances are called pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers. Which seem to help them grow much more at one time, than before they did not use any such substances.

A Rain Of Fire:

Sometimes our populations have to deal with terrible fires caused by nature, and by these accursed two legged creatures too. And thousands more of our species are killed this way. But somehow we manage to survive and continue thriving.

But if you compare what nature does to us, against what those two legged creatures do to us. I have to admit that nature kills much less of our populations than those two legged creatures do.

Personally, I believe it does, for the following reasons:

Consciousness is that invisible element within humans that makes us aware of ourselves. We can identify ourselves as individuals within a group, mainstream society, or culture. The brain is like a computer that files away all impressions it receives via the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, or touch. All of these files are accessed automatically when we want to speak, or respond to anything, or some experience instantaneously.

This is so normal to most humans today that hardly anyone pays attention to it, unless some mental or neurological problem arises. Then we may seek professional help or advice. However, the consciousness is an invisible element. Unlike the brain which is a physical element within us. So when someone experiences 'Out Of Body Consciousness,' it is the brain having some confusion with accessing some of the files in memory storage, and have mis-interpreted some of those senses.

Therefore, what the eye sees, or does not see, and the brain interprets, or does not interpret correctly, may cause the individual to hear, see, or experience one of the above experiences, that hitherto resulted in someone being placed in a mental institution, burnt at the stake, or considered demon possessed.

Hindu Re-incarnation:

This philosophy subscribes to the view that one has to take several physical bodies in several life cycles, in order to cleanse himself/herself from all evil, or Bad Karma. And when he/she has finally done that, he/she will have attained Nirvana or Enlightenment, and will never have to take another physical body again.

This concept is just like the example 'Out Of Body Consciousness Where converts or followers, believes in this process, and will not see it as something to be feared, but something that comes with being human, or being in the process of eradicating Bad Karma.

I understand your concern for what seem to you as lack of self respect, when you see young men wearing their trousers below the waist, showing part of their buttocks.

This style as you pointed out recently, has it's origin from the prisons. Wherein, prisoners wore their shorts in that fashion.

Albeit, for a very specific reason too!

However, when legislators or politicians arbitrarily introduce legislation to curb human behavior, (or how they wear their clothes in public). Then what will they legislate for next?

* Will it be legislation against Tight Trousers?

* Or Short Skirts?

* Or See Through Blouses?

* Or even Tight Fitting Clothes, that hugs the anatomy?

This is one suggestion/idea that I am totally against, any politician or legislator telling me how or what to wear in public.

Is an institution of BUGGERY. Not the place any decent person wants his/her child to associate with.

The current Pope was a bishop in Munich-Germany, who knew or heard allegations that his own brother was involved in the Buggering of Altar Boys in his diocese, and he said or did nothing about it.

That was the norm in most countries where the Catholic Church has it's tentacles in. They had Church Schools that allowed the flogging of students at will, as part of the daily corporal punishments allowed in most Catholic Schools, and Public Schools for decades.

I too was one of those children who experienced severe beating from Nuns and Teachers in the Public/Catholic school that I attended.

These hypocrites threaten the flock with PURGATORY and PERDITION if they refused to read the Catechism (or the Church Bible), and influence the Educational Curriculum and Outcomes in most schools, associated with the Catholic Church.

Even the political administration of the state was subtly coerced into allowing them to operate as they see fitting. That is why it took so many decades for these revelations of child pedophilia in the churches to go public.

For several decades the Catholic and other Churches hid behind the Social Taboos associated with Homosexuality, and allowed their own Sexual Predators to continue Buggering The Altar Boys, Choir Boys, and Scouts, with impunity.

Historically in most cultures, the male was responsible for providing of the means/money for his family. Be it a Legal, or Common Law arrangement. The concept of any pre-arrangement is unheard of and unacceptable in most societies. However, in the USA, this arrangement seem to be the expectation for most individuals contemplating marriage. And of late, even Common Law and Shacking Up relationships are being included in this package.

Personal Security Guarantees:

Some people feel that if no prenuptial is made, if one individual loses his/her lease, job, health, or becomes disabled for a lengthy period. The expenses of that relationship rests upon the other party to foot the bill. And this strain can be devastating for most individuals, most of whom may not have the wherewithal or financial resources to meet those demands.

Furthermore, in the case of the death of a partner, loss of the apartment or home of one individual. And the relatives may want you to leave that apartment or face eviction. Then a prenuptial will cater for that eventuality too.

Even visitation rights for any individual in a relationship on a long term basis is appropriate, to ensure that the other party could visit his/her partner in hospital, and be a party to the decisions for funeral arrangements, should that be necessary too.

Bequeaths and Inheritance Rights:

I do not condone what Tiger Woods did to his family. But I also do not make his personal life my business either. However, he made a public apology for his past misdeeds, and it should be taken as a sincere apology, and a testament of his embarrassment and regret.

Those whores who shared his bed knew fully well what they were doing, who he is, and what they wanted from him. So if some of them felt that he fooled, or made them feel special. That was their own mirage and foolishness.

Could Governments Legislate Against Racism?

This question was asked by many before. And I heard it being asked again on your show today on aljazeera TV.

So here are some of my views on this issue.

* Racists or those who deliberately discriminate against those whom they perceive, are not their kind or preferred ilk, are in every culture.

* Ethnic or Racial Profiling against others are done by almost every individual, organization, and institution, in every culture.

* Some do it openly, while others do it covertly.

* Most developed societies in the western hemisphere have some form of legislation to prohibit racism, or racial/ethnic discrimination, in the official institutions of government.

* But legislating against racism is only one step any state can provide to help curb this social stigma.

What it has to ensure is that the educational institutions also educate their student body against this social stigma too.

However, if it is not ethnic or racial profiling that is the problem. It is religion that is used against others for separation or division within most societies globally.

When the local TV, Radio, and Other media outlets are not being Fair and Balanced in their reporting of the facts. Then all viewers must refrain from listening to them, or watching these outlets spew filth, lies, propaganda, and political bias, as an excuse for Fair News Reporting.

The Iraq Incursion:

When George W. Bush and Tony Blair colluded to sell the untruths of Saddam's so-called Weapons of Mass Destruction. Knowing fully well from the Intelligence collected at the time, that there was no SOLID evidence to support that claim. And yet they told their commonweal that Armageddon was imminent from Saddam's region.

The local media took this information, did no research on their own as they should have, and begun to sell the idea that the War mongering politicians in The White House and Number-10 Downing Street was espousing. Even after the invasion and overthrow was accomplished, and no WMD's were found, these two leaders are still saying that they would have done the same thing, with the information they had at the time.

The Commission Of Enquiry In Britain:

This commission was set up to enquire from the parties involved in the planning, preparation, and selling of that war. Tony Blair's fellow cronies are all basically saying, that they were misled into believing that Saddam truly had WMD's in his possession, and was capable of using them at anytime.

Except for Tony Blair who still contends that they (The US & Britain), did the right thing to invade and overthrow that regime of Evil. Disregarding the thousands of civilians that died, the hundreds of UK and US military personnel that died, were maimed, and will never be able to live a normal life ever, when they return to civilian life again.

Could An Inquest Be Held Against George W. Bush & His Administration?

This does not seem possible in the USA. This so-called democracy has yet to hold their political leadership accountable for anything wrong that they did, much less allow them to Face The Fire in a Public Enquiry.

And the current Obama administration does not want to pursue that end either. So we can expect some time in the future, the same circumstance that drove us into another foreign war, to recur!

Firstly, the national identity of any culture or state depends on the following;

* The national flag that represents or identifies that sovereign state.

* The natives that are born therein, and feels mentally, psychologically, and socially connected to that culture or state.

* Being willing and able to speak, read, and write the native language, or the language that the National Constitution is written in.

* Being proud to be identified as a native of that culture, and would submit himself/herself, if called upon by that state, to represent it in times of war or from external aggression.

* Being engaged in the national politics, and political discourses, in your homes, schools (for informational purposes), in your Churches, Masjids, and Mosques, too.

* Voting in all local, regional, and general elections whenever it becomes possible.

* And advocating for the respect, regard, and espousal for the Freedom To Express and Exercise our Human Rights to Dissent, Express or opinions FREELY via The Internet, The Press, The Public Media, and Verbally.

* And finally, to ensure that The Rule Of Law, is Respected and Adhered to, under the Constitution for all Guyanese, regardless of political beliefs, affiliations, religious beliefs or affiliations, and ethnic persuasion too.

Yes, this is what is being established in Haiti, in some of the answers given by the parents of some of those children, that were taken by the Americans on the bus en-route to the Dominican Republic.

Some of these parents answered when questioned by the Haitian authorities, that they were too poor, and destitute. So when the Americans came and ask to take them away to the Dominican Republic, where they would have Stuff Dolls, Food, Swimming Pools, and better Schools.

That was the reason why they chose to place the children in their custody!

And hoped that they would be well cared for, and would be able to communicate with them anytime in the future.

How could anyone be so naive to believe that some stranger will care for their child in some foreign country? When these strangers are not related to these children at all.

And there is no guarantee that these children will not be sold, prostituted later in life, or will ever know who they are, or who their true parents are, when they grow up?

I cannot imagine (regardless of poverty), how a mother, after carrying that or those children in her body for NINE months, just GIVE them away to a stranger, because she felt she could not support them.

Didn't she know that before she became pregnant?

Didn't she know that by so doing, she will kill any love that child would have for her, or any sense of who or what that child is, or will become later in life?

This is beyond my comprehension at this point. And I will never condone the view, that POVERTY should be used as an excuse, for selling or giving away one's children, period!

It is common knowledge that White or Caucasian men go to Eastern Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and other places, where there are lots of homeless children or street children to seek sexual favors, and to make sexual slaves of. They are everywhere, and are extremely aggressive in their pursuits of children of both genders, and from anywhere they can access them.

They are Devils who wear robes of various persuasions. Some are with Churches, others with Cults, others act Solo, and others are Organized Crime organizations that operate globally.

HAITI:

This country has undergone a terrible natural disaster, and the kind of scenario that predators like those cited above operate in. This gives them ample opportunity to disguise their true intent, and exploit the situation. While everyone around them is too busy to notice anything suspicious.

They come into situations like this one as Church workers, Outreach movements, and use emotional pronouncements to portray their clandestine intentions. Fooling those who lack the experience, is ignorant about these matters, and gullible for the so-called help they seem to bring to the situation

JUSTICE:

I will be monitoring how they will be treated by the US Justice System, when their Day In Court arrives. If they are allowed to walk away free of any punishment, if found guilty. Then the ENTIRE world MUST voice resentment vehemently.

The word TALIBAN means STUDENTS of the Sunni sect of Islam. They also believe in the establishment of an Islamic state, based on the rule of Sharia Law. And are originated from Saudi Arabia.

There are several concepts of what the Taliban does or believes in, in order to promote their interests, or conduct their political/religious activities to attain certain ends.

Some self-identified Taliban individuals indulge in the Drug Trafficking Trade.

Others pursue Jihadist goals, while others make themselves available for hire to the highest bidder, for personal reasons.

And finally, these Taliban disparate groups are currently operating in Afghanistan and Pakistan. They shuttle back and forth as they see fit.

Ever since the US bombed the El Qaeda camps in Afghanistan, and supported the Northern Alliance Mujadeen army, which eventually defeated or chased out the Taliban government in the Southern Regions of that country. Things have gone from bad
to worse politically, economically, regionally, and militarily for that country.

Governor General Hamid Karzai, was the result of the US influence and involvement in that country's current political climate and reality. This man's notoriety for corruption, is well known. And large segments of the population does not believe that he could mange that country effectively, or bring about national security either. And most would also like the US & NATO troops to permanently leave that country.

But they face a political and economic dilemma, mostly caused by the incursions of US and NATO troops therein, and are wary of the daily loss of citizen's lives in the hundreds. Most of which is caused from US and NATO Air strikes, coupled with radical Taliban suicide bombers on a daily basis.

Hamid Karzai Wants Taliban Inclusion:

The Taliban ruled this country with a strong hand according to their concept of SHARIA law. Women were brutally beaten, killed, acid thrown in their faces, and prevented from getting an education. When the Taliban government was overthrown, women were able to get some political and educational opportunities for self development and self-reliance, hitherto unheard of.

If the Taliban or some elements of that Pasthun clan is co-opted into the government. Chances are, they will not allow themselves to play second fiddle to Hamid Karzai's directives of policies indefinitely. These people experienced governance before, and will strive clandestinely to regain that power once again. Furthermore, it is the view of most Taliban elements, both radical and moderate, that all foreigners MUST be eradicated from their midst. Most Afghans also share this view too.

But their hands are tied currently with certain realities.

National Insecurity & Economic Depression:

This country's population are by and large illiterate. Most of these people live in the rural or agrarian regions. Poverty is rife in most regions, education and educational opportunities for most Afghan children is non-existent to say the least.

Historically, this country was ruled by Ethnic Clan Chiefs or Strong Men. These warlords hold sway in their respective domains. Whatever the Strongman says is believed, respected, and followed. Failing to do so, results in beatings or even death.

There was never in Afghanistan any strong Centralized Government, and the concept of Democracy is very foreign to these people. And most cannot conceptualize what it is, or how exactly to apply it, or make it applicable to the Afghan reality.

Your government and people have experienced unfair trade relations, agreements, and subsidies that impoverished your Rice Farmers, and people. Thus leading to a migration to the cities into greater poverty. And within these cities, these same former rice farmers could not afford to purchase Rice, that was brought in via U.S.A.I.D. as help.

And was being sold on the streets to Haitians. This illegal practice was one of the reasons of dependency and poverty, through so-called foreign assistance and help.

You political leaders and ruling elite also aligned themselves with foreign business interests, in order to enrich themselves, maintain their political elitism, and deliberately stifle or prevent any effort for real reform of your economy. The traditional ruling family clans will never change.

It is not in their interest to do so, and will continue to use whatever means necessary or as they see fitting to destroy, kill, or ensure that no national economic reforms for the poor ever get traction, or become a reality in Haiti.

What Is The Solution Going Forward:

* Seek out Haitian leaders/individuals that desire real socio-economic and political change for ALL Haitians.

* Ensure that a National Policy is created and circulated to all communities within the society at large.

* Ensure that whomever decide to create a Political Party or Coalition (preferred), will ensure that all communities are represented therein.

* Your history have always had strong ties to religious leaders or representatives. But not all so-called religious leaders have your interest at heart. Most of them are just as self-centered in their quest, as those who are secular.

* So be careful when you choose religious representatives for leaders, without also ensuring that they are constantly monitored. And removed immediately if or when found guilty of self aggrandizement, and corruption.

Foreign Trade & Assistance:

Foreign trading between nations must never be one based on coercion, threats, regional manipulation, or fear. The USA and France have a history of all the above, when dealing with their departments or former colonies/allies.

The USAID is just another department that uses aid to clandestinely push the USA Political and Trade agenda abroad. And when you take or receive assistance from any country, STRINGS are most certainly attached to it.

And if you do not ensure from the outset, what is expected from you when you receive any financial assistance. You may be conned into debt, that takes generations to repay once more.

Conclusion:

Haiti needs all the help it can get to rebuild the country, repair it's education, health care, municipal, and social structures. Many will offer help in many forms, but will also want to dictate How, When, and Where this help aught to be given.

This MUST never be tolerated by you Haitians!

Your representatives MUST be the ones to DECIDE how and where this help is targeted or placed.

And to the Haitian people in general. Now is the time to start looking for

A New and Fresh Group of political representatives, as you go forward in the rebuilding efforts.

Free & Fair Democratic elections MUST be done very soon, to ensure that in the Rebuilt Haiti, a truly New and Fresh Start can be assured.

I watched a discussion on france.com today, about this concern. So here are a few comments of mine in this regard.

When the earthquake disaster hit Haiti, immediately afterwards, those with had access to mobile phones, and the Internet sent photos and messages to relatives and friends outside Haiti. But this was shortlived, and a communication blackout resulted, because of land line's disruptions, and the destruction of other local media outlets.

So Haitians living in the USA & Europe that had access to the Internet, used this facility to continue asking questions, and sharing whatever information they were able to get from Haiti and elsewhere with each other. And this kept the conversation going. And it also helped in raising funds for some charities they felt could be of assistance therein.

Was Twitter & Facebook Really Important?

Yes and No. If you do not have an Internet connection, and is not connected to Facebook, Twitter or MySpace, and have not joined any of these networks. Chances are, you will not be as informed, as those who are already a part of the networking sites.

But it is unfair to say that these networking sites did not make a difference. Because not many people in Haiti, are connected online, or have a computer, an Internet connection, or was able to use it during the Earthquake disaster.

However, the traditional TV and Radio media, is dependable for credible information in most cases. But even these medium are also subject to blackouts, and power failures in any disaster where electricity is needed, in order to have telephone and Internet access.

President Barack Obama said in an address to the nation of Haiti, The World, and the American people, the following:

You Will Not Be Forsaken. The USA & the World Is With You All The Way.

USA & World Assistance Arrives:

The USA military Navy, Marine Corps, Civilian Organizations, Medical personnel, and others are arriving en mass at this time at the Haitian airport and seaport. Vast amount of medical supplies, medical personnel (doctors nurses, medics), ad other related personnel are also included.

Food Packages, Water, Rescuing Machinery and other related equipment, Security personnel, Telecommunications personnel to help reinstall electricity and other technologies needed for international communications are also on board.

Rescuing the Trapped & Injured:

This is going to be a methodical and massive task. Because most of the trapped are under heavy layers of concrete and other rubble. And can only be reached (mostly) with heavy moving machinery, which is also under way. The roads throughout the city of Port Au France is almost impassable in most places. And it is in the cities where the bulk of the affected population is settled, and needs the most urgent attention and assistance.

Burying The Dead:

I don't know if or when burials can seriously take place in this national confusion and some chaos. But i presume that the normal claim of bodies by relatives are non-existent, because both categories may be difficult to identify, and even find.

So Mass Graves or Cremation may be the way to go, in order to alleviate the stench from the already decaying carcass laying in the open spaces on the streets. And those that are dead, and are trapped under the rubble in large numbers.

Distributing Food-Shelter-Clothing & Water To Citizens:

This is going to be a very challenging experience, for the following reasons.

* People are desperately hungry, thirsty, dirty, messy, stink, angry, and desperate for help of all kinds.

* Being able to get people to wait in line to collect essentials may be problematic.

* Hungry and desperate people are not necessarily inclined to be patient either.

Security & Policing The Townships:

I don't know if the local police are still in charge, equipped to deal with this situation, or is even still able to do policing at this time. So the US and her allies there, will have to implement (with the Haitian government's approval), temporary policing of the streets, ports, townships, and distribution centers. Until some Official Order is established by the Haitian authorities.

After the 7.0 earthquake struck this Dirt Poor Island. All electricity went out, buildings (old and new) crumbled and fell, taking with it the lives of the occupants therein. National Communication lines were cut, as a result of the shock waves and tremors of this quake, which was followed by two subsequent tremors, which completed the cycle of devastation therein.

I can also imagine the fear, dread, and horror that all Haitians felt at this reality. Armageddon may have been on the minds of this Christian oriented people, most of whom are fervent believers of their faith, and upbringing.

The Presidential Palace, was not spared either. One would wonder whether that building would have withstood the shock. But unfortunately, may not have been constructed to withstand such a calamity either.

An Impoverished People:

Haitians have been an oppressed and impoverished people since the rule of Jean Paul Duvalier ak Papa Doc. When he died, his son Jean Paul Duvalier-Jr took office, and continued the same oppressive regime, supported by his militia Thugs called 'The Ton Ton Macoutes.' All subsequent Prime Ministers or government were either overthrown, or experienced a Coup De Etat by Haitian military. And it was so up to the rule of Of President Ariste, who was shunter off the island by US commandos, to make room for the current political administration.

Past Disasters In Haiti:

Haiti is no stranger to national disasters. Recently, it suffered a severe hurricane. Which caused massive loss of lives and property. Flooding of crops, cities, and mud slides, resulting in the loss of homes and personal dwellings for most of the locals.

Unlike their neighbors in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, or the Caribbean region. Haiti does not have the disaster preparedness or infrastructure to deal effectively (if at all), with such disasters. So this current one, being the most severe on historic record, will be a big challenge indeed for the state, the volunteers, and all foreign relief agencies operating therein.

In Guyana, it symbolizes the Ascension of The Risen Christ into Heaven. And Kite Flying is done on Easter Monday. The day supposedly when the ascension took place. This is a tradition that most Guyanese practice. Christians and Muslims alike. It transcends all religious faiths in Guyana.

Kite Flying In India Announces The Arrival Of Summer:

The Indo Guyanese community seem to feel that putting a 'sharp razor blade' on the string of your kite, when it is hoisted in the sky, and makes contact with other strings in the facility, it will cut that string, and cause it to come down.

That to them is very funny, and is seen as trying to gain the upper hand in how long one can keep his/her kite aloft, without it being compromised that way. It is all done for FUN. By I also find that most Afro-Guyanese frowns upon that aspect of the festivity.

Easter Monday:

Kite Flying is done on Easter Monday. The day after the official day or Sunday, that Christ ascended to Heaven, according to Christian belief.

And that day is a holiday in Guyana. So families are able to repair to open fields, parks, football grounds, and the Sea Wall/Atlantic Ocean Sea Shore, (where the wind is always very strong), thus making it very easy to hoist your kite into the sky/air. Thousands of kite fliers of all ages gather at these places from early morning, until sundown for kite flying and picnicking.

Baskets of Curry, Roti, Puri, Dhall, Rice & Curry, are taken in lunch baskets for a family picnic while they take intervals at kite flying. Music is played by food sellers carts and stalls, some individuals also bring their own mobile music box/player to entertain themselves too.

By and large, Easter Monday Kite Flying in Guyana, is looked forward to, and celebrated by all ethnic groups, regardless of your religious beliefs, and affiliations, and with a spirit of joviality, on this National Holiday.

CONCLUSION:

I understand that in India, kite flying is done by the poor, or the Dalits in the streets, parks, and open spaces. While the Rich fly their kites on their terraces and roofs. This has been so for generations, and it is class associated and identified activity too!

It was said under Saddam Hussein's reign in Iraq, that it was woe for the person who brought Bad News to Saddam. Because chances are, he would be advancing his own demise with that act.

The US Military Personnel & Messenger Of The Fallen:

This person who (I presume) is chosen or volunteers to deliver the sad news of a fallen soldier to his/her relatives, is not placed in the same situation. But in some ways have to deal with the re-action of spouses and relatives when bringing news of their loved ones death in combat. I understand that he knocks three times on the door of the deceased relative's door, and this knocking is commonly recognized, after so many thousands of instances it was used in the same manner.

Neighbors have also come to recognize the military personnel who deliver these messages, and pray that he does not knock on their door this time around. I can understand the dread, even though you already know that such reality is possible. But one can never be prepared to fully accept that reality, regardless of how you prepare you mind and psyche for such reality.

Islam is a religion or philosophy that does not have any Global consensus of interpretation. Islamic scholars individually, may differ in their

interpretation of this doctrine.

Sharia Law Explained:

Sharia or Shari'a is the body of Islamic law. The term means "way" or "path"; it is the legal framework within which public and some private aspects of life are regulated for those living in a legal system based on Muslim principles of jurisprudence. It is not actually part of the canonical Qur'an; that is to say, it is not believed to be the direct word of Allah by Muslims, but rather the interpretation of it.

Sharia deals with many aspects of day-to-day life, including politics, economics, banking, business law, contract law, sexuality, and social issues. Some Islamic scholars accept Sharia as the body of precedent and legal theory established before the 19th century, while other scholars view Sharia as a changing body, and include Islamic legal theory from the contemporary period.

There is not a strictly codified uniform set of laws pertaining to Sharia. It is more like a system of devising laws, based on the Qur'an, Hadith and centuries of debate, interpretation and precedent.

Before the 19th century, legal theory was considered the domain of the traditional legal schools of thought. Most Sunni Muslims follow Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki or Shafii, while most Shia Muslims follow Jaafari (Hallaq 1997, Brown 1996, Aslan 2006).

However, Sharia Law, which to my mind are severe rules that are meted out by an Islamic Court of Imams, whose authority and decrees must be adhered to.

And even this so called Sharia Law/Court, interprets and implements these laws differently, according to region, Klan, individual Imam, and state.

The president said recently that he did not campaign for The Public Option. He may be correct there, because he may not have used those EXACT WORDS. But he implied it, when he said that over 40 million Americans do not have health care coverage, or cannot afford it.

And he intends to change that when be become president!

Therefore, it stands to reason that giving them a choice with a Publicly Funded Option, to provide competition to private Insurance Companies. That would cater for the lowering of coverage fees and create a Level Competitive Playing field.

That is why it is so Urgent that we get access to a public Option for all of the above mentioned.

The Public Option Health Care Provider & What Is Means!

Hithero, most consumers sought a Health Care provider according to their financial means. Those who had the means got the best services, from the best Health Care Providers.

And those that could not afford the better ones had to settle for the sub standard providers, which did not provide for most of the needs, that most consumers wanted from their doctors/physicians.

How will the Public Option Work?

* The Public Option gives those who do not have Health Care the option to have one.

* It also allows consumers the CHOICE between the Established providers, and the Federally Subsidized Provider/Plans.

* Both Health Care plans would be providing for the Health Care needs of any American that wants it.

* The only difference is that we would be getting to choose between the Public Option, and The Private Option.

* If anyone does not want Healthcare for whatever reason, he/she has that option too also.

But the provision is there for all, if or when they so choose to get Health Care.

FURTHERMORE:

There can be no Health Care Reform without The Public Option Included PERIOD!

I disagree with any legally binding Global Emissions Program, for the following reasons:

* Politicians who make proposals and may sign agreements committing their respective countries, may be doing their constituents a disfavor.

* Politicians do not hold Publicly elected office forever. Unless they are Dictators. And even they too are not certain about their longevity.

* Signing any agreement with legal validity will tie the hands of politicians who may or ay not be in office, should they renege on those agreements. Then who is to blame, or be held responsible?

Therefore, I strongly suggest that any Global Emissions Agreement between politicians at any Global Emissions Summit, aught to be taken in "Good Faith."

And the honoring of that agreement should be left to the states concerned.

Twenty or Twenty Five Nations (behind closed doors), decided for 190 nations? Totally un-acceptable for such agreement to have any teeth, because it was un-democratic.

Therefore, whatever it purports will be illegal, not legally binding, and un-acceptable!

EXECUTION:

* Each country will indicate how they will make necessary changes in their emissions project.

* Each country will be subjected to the same levels of scrutiny, transparency, and accountability for their promises/agreement.

This agreement is not legally binding, but will convey in spirit the resolve collectively and globally, to work towards curbing Global Climate Emissions that are harmful to the planet, and all therein.

Ten billion Euros was proposed (for ten years), to help developing countries cope with their intent to comply with this accord.

African delegates said NO to this agreement (more or less).

The State Of Indonesia Cannot Afford It's Military Budget.

I was watching aljazeera.net tonight, where this topic was being discussed by one of it's anchors, and two interviewees. The anchor was contending that the Indonesian government currently, cannot afford to finance the entire apparatus of it's military institutions.

Historically, the military indulged in co-operatives and other legal and illegal operations to finance their coffers, and some filled their individual pockets too with the revenue earned.

Laws were passed by the current political administration for the military to surrender ownership and control, of all businesses they are managing or owns. But this seem to be quite an ordeal for the government, because most of those who serve therein, earn wages that are considered not commensurate to the risks they are exposed to, or for the National Security that they are liable to be called upon to uphold and defend in times of crisis.

So many indulge in undercover illegal dealings, that can be associated with those of the Mob or Drug Lords. Not only the Army is corrupted, but the entire military and para-military apparatus. Which sometimes indulge in activities that involves civilian deaths, harassment, abductions, and terror, with impunity.

Restructuring The Military:

What seems to be the solution to my mind are the following.

* A thorough assessment of the national defense needs of the Army, Navy, Maritime Corps, and Airforce.

* A thorough assessment of the National Police Precincts/Stations, Internal Security agencies, and Fire Fighting Brigades too.

Then deciding how large each segment or institution would be, could be financed, or is necessary in the overall National Security Construct.

* Then instituting some form of institutional and voluntary work programs within the Army, like Community/Housing developmental assistance, Road maintenance and Construction, Bridge building, and Disaster Preparation activities.

This MUST be instituted in order to keep these men and women meaningfully engaged/occupied.

Because an idle military contemplates mischief.

* I do not believe the current view that Global warming is caused by humans.

* I do believe that Global Warming is cyclical, and human actions of pollution, have very little impact globally on this cycle.

Afghanistan:

President Obama promised to focus on developing the Afghan government, Locally and Centrally, to govern themselves.

He also emphasized that training the National Police, the Army, and other Security Agencies in that country, is vitally necessary to safeguard all Afghans in the cities, while the US and N.A.T.O. forces concentrate of hunting down the Taliban and El Qaeda insurgents.

Illiteracy:

The majority of the population in Afghanistan are illiterate. The Local and Central infrastructure that is necessary to allow for effective and efficient governance is absent. There is no official Civil Service to talk about either, and historically, business was done via the War Lords, in their respective regions and spheres of influence. And most of these War Lords are also illiterate.

So even if we want to co-opt those willing War Lords to hold governmental positions in their regions officially. How could they perform efficiently, if they are also illiterate, with no professional or modern day concept of governance, or managerial skills that could account for large sums of money in their control.

Or for the payment of salaries, pensions, and health care concerns of the Police, the Army, and all of the other Governmental Agencies that would be necessary, for the management of the Afghan State.

Corruption:

Currently, the Afghan government is riddled with corruption at all levels. Even the Hamid Karzai's brother, who happens to be an official in his government, is notorious for his corruption too. Coupled with Mass un-employment in the agrarian or rural areas. Most of which depend upon the Poppy production as a source of income for their families's survival.

How could an illiterate agricultural oriented people move away from what they have been doing for decades to earn a livelihood. Just decide to change their occupation for something else, which they have little or no abilities, know how, or possible qualifications?

Re-training & Re-educating Afghans:

However this is done, it must be methodical, easy to implement, localized, ethnic and regional in conception, and with the advice, input, and with the acceptance of those to whom it is intended to benefit.

There are three types of prisons.

* The fenced in type of prison (with walls all around).

* Those under House Arrest.

* And prisons that are located on Islands, surrounded by the ocean, infested with sharks or sever currents.

All of the above prison categories inhibits the freedom and personal liberty and movements of those incarcerated. They are designed to inflict or impose restrictions on the incarcerated, in an attempt to punish, belittle, and de-humanize him/her to the point of feeling depressed, suicidal, or becoming mentally insane.

Prisons are not designed to rehabilitate anyone. That is a historic fallacy, which the results of incarcerations hitherto, have refuted globally.

Do Prisoners Have Any Civil Rights?

The penitentiary is a place where the convicted are placed to ensure that he/she pays a Penal price as jurisprudence dictates. During the internship, he/she is subjected to the rules and regulations of that prison or jail, and is expected to follow all instructions when ordered to do so.

Failing to comply with the prison's regulations/orders, he/she will be punished according to prison rules of punishment/compliance. Some or most modern prisons, (especially in the developed countries), have basic in house health care or infirmaries to attend to certain minor injuries for inmates and staff alike.

Any major injury experienced by an prisoner that the infirmary cannot deal with. Such prisoner/s will be taken (under escort), to an external facility for medical assistance.

Productive Work & Educational Facilities:

Most modern prisons have educational study groups/programs, and work assignments for all prisoners who care to access them. I presume that these services are not mandatory, except as punishment like building roads and bridges on prison assignments, or braking bricks at a stone quarry.

Post Incarceration Preparation:

Some prisons provide some basic educational preparatory skills for prisoners. Like the GED diploma, and other practical skills like masonry, carpentry, screen printing, art, public speaking, and anger management.

Lou Dobbs, a former CNN anchor and self appointed advocate for the Middle Class in America, became a household topic for discussion, in many quarters.

He also started a rhetorical tirade in recent years against his (so-called Illegal Aliens witch hunt). And this attitude was never received favorably, by most traditional CNN viewers, because it contradicted the very core values all Americans share and believe in, as a nation. Considering that this is a land of Immigrants.

And most immigrants to the USA, have some relative or friend that came here illegally. That is a fact of life here, and must never be used to gain political advantage, or create division within this society.

So Lou Dobbs' tirades against Immigrants (illegal or Not) conflicts with this national creed and belief.

Therefore, I presume that the management of CNN, in light with current political reality, cannot allow one of their anchors, to cause them to loose viewers, business, or be placed in the category of a media that encourages division in this society, like their sister FOX Noise/opinion, which masquerades as a news outlet.

As the world watches and celebrates with the Germans, their 20Th anniversary of the accursed wall. Why Walls Are Unable To Create Security:

Walls historically were used to keep people in, like China under their ancient Emperors. To protect from invaders, like most western civilizations used to protect their peoples from invading armies. And what the Israeli government is using today (as they say), to prevent incursions of terrorists into their homeland.

Can Walls Truly Protect Any Culture?

The answer to this question is NO. All walls ancient or modern, had their flaws.

* Some were breached with help from within.

* Some walls were breached from underground tunnels.

* Some walls were destroyed by cannon fire.

* Others came down by the very same people it was built to prevent people from escaping to the outside.

Germany is a case in point!

After The Fall Of Any Barrier-What Happens?

Germany today is still divided mentally in many ways. Some of those who lived in the Eastern side before the wall fell, still hold memories of the days when jobs were secured, education was secured, and housing was secured. As long as you adhered to communist rules, indoctrination, and the lack of personal freedom to travel or express yourself.

Some still feel that they would rather have that system, than live in this current one of social and economic uncertainty, and in-equality.

However, these views are shared mostly by the older (over 30 thirties) generation, because most of them were either too old to make use of the opportunities that came with the fall, or refused to integrate or take those new economic, educational, and social opportunities, that came with the re-unification.

God Is Great, shouted Nidal Malik Hasan a US Psycho therapist Captain, based in Fort Hood-Texas. Just before he started firing his two hand guns, in a close area or space, where military families and soldiers sought medical assistance and other related medical assistance on that base.

The killer was able to kill that many people because his weapon was an automatic firearm, and in such a densely populated and enclose space, there was no difficulty to get as many victims as possible, before he was put down by the security personnel there.

Some are wondering WHY did he do it?

This cry of surprise was voiced several times before in America, whenever such killings happen, even though this one is unique, but the history is similar.

America is an occupier of two Moslem oriented countries. We are fighting and killing thousands of Muslims in Iraq & Afghanistan on a daily basis. The people in those regions are not too concerned about our reason/s for being there, all they see are foreigners, who are from a Christian hemisphere, killing Moslems brothers and sisters, while in occupation of their countries.

Under Islam, their is a Hadith that says, when fellow Muslims are in trouble, or are being victimized, all Muslims are obliged to come to their aid or rescue. Because it is perceived that any aggression towards Muslims anywhere, is an aggression to Muslims everywhere!

That is the concept or perception of every Muslim, who elects to indulge in some suicide or Jihad murder or killing, in sympathy with his fellow Muslim brothers and sisters.

Westerners & Christian Oriented Countries Must Acknowledge this reality, if they intend to deal with the Islamic world, and Muslims generally.

These were the people who occupied the level that was identifiable and achievable, like the following.

* Factory and Industrial manufacturing workers who earned above average income per week or month.

* Was able to save and provide the funds for their children to attend college.

* Was able to plan for a vacation every year, save for retirement.

* Pay or get a mortgage for the acquisition of their own home.

* Own their own car or family vehicle, for personal use or transportation.

The New Middle Class:

These are the new White Collar professional and Commercial elites that tend to be employed in large Banking Institutions, Insurance Companies that transcend regional and global boundaries, Traders, Brokers, and Wall Street Investors.

* These people earn very large salaries, and enormous bonuses or commissions, for their clever and sometimes very risky investments and dealings.

* Most own several homes, yachts, travel extensively abroad on business or for pleasure, indulge their insatiable appetites for pleasure, and snob those who earn much less than they do, most of the time.

Today or tonight, the Democrats will see clearly how they are doing in Virginia, New Jersey, New York City & New York State elections.

This is a referendum on the Democrat's Representatives in those areas.

But in the eyes of most of your Young, Older, and First Time voters, this is also a referendum on Barack Obama's ability or inability to STAY THE COURSE, and TRULY deliver on his promises.

For example:

* Firstly, You promised to end the war in Iraq. That war is still happening, and our troops are getting back into combat therein, because the Iraqi government cannot maintain National Security.

Meanwhile, we are hoping that you bring all combat troops home as stated.

* Secondly, We expect you to STAND UP to Israel, like A Leader, and The President of The United States.

But what we are seeing is the president cowering or 'Cow Towing' to Prime Minister Nethanyahu's obstinacy against settlement building cessation.

* Thirdly, you have removed the Ban for HIV visitors to the US shores. But can any HIV infected person get Legal Residence Status while here? That is still not yet clarified or mentioned?

* Fourthly, unemployment is 29% nationally. Millions are out of work, and still cannot see any prospects for employment on a permanent basis anytime soon either.

* Finally, the bailed out Banking Institutions, and the Wall Street Investors are dancing the 'Hoolah.' While the rest of us are loosing our homes, cannot pay our rents, and are homeless, or will become homeless very soon!

So Mr. President, have you forgotten who you are supposed to be working for?

Hillary Clinton said that the Obama administration will not press Israel to cease settlement building, in order for the Peace Process to continue any longer. The settlements are Illegal, under International law.

Well, if this is not selling out the Palestinians, what is?

This hypocrisy is endemic to the politics of whoever occupies The White House, when it comes to Palestinian Rights, Security and Justice.

And until the American people hold their government accountable for allowing a terrorist government in Israel from treating the Palestinians with impunity. There will and can be no REAL peace in that region.

I am truly disappointed with this development, and my continual support for the Obama Administration will be discontinued with immediate effect, pending some serious reflection.

Brazil historically, was colonized by the Portuguese, who brought Black slaves via the Slave Trading Routes, via The Caribbean into Brazil. Even when slavery was abolished in most of Latin & Central America, Brazil still had their internal slave system going.

It took several years after the rest of the Western hemisphere ceased using Blacks on their plantations, for Brazil to follow suit.

This endemic prejudice against anything Black or People Of color, permeates the entire society. eg.,

* Blacks or People Of Color in Brazil have little or no access to higher education.

* The Elementary schooling for Blacks/People Of Color, are of a sub-standard level.

* And Blacks/People Of Color, are less likely to get good jobs that pay a living wage, more likely to janitorial jobs, waiters in restaurants, and cleaning jobs.

* The good or Prestigious Hotels that cater to tourists are Off Limits to Black Brazilians for employment. Those who do get in, are placed in the background, for janitorial, cleaning, and laundering.

President Lula recently introduced legislation to improve the educational opportunities for Black Brazilians. You may call this move, 'equalizing the playing field for Blacks,' just like America did with college educational opportunities for Blacks.

The Judiciary:

The Police in Brazil have arbitrary powers to arrest, harass, and even Kill Blacks in the Favellas/Ghetto districts.
Whenever the Police is called in to attend some crime incident, gang violence, or shoot out within these communities.

They operate as though all residents therein are GUILTY, and they behave in such a manner, as to convey impunity of conduct.

When the US Supreme Court (those lofty Public Servants), refused to listen to the voice of the commonweal. Because they felt it is not the popular voice at the moment. Then we know that Democracy no longer exists here.

These so-called guardians of the US Constitution refused to allow investigations into the allegations of "An Internal Conspiracy" behind the September 11-2001, World Trade Center disaster.

The popular view is, that the evidence provided by all agencies involved with the investigation was inadequate, insufficient, and does not answer several major concerns of the victim's relatives.

The Obama Administration chose to set a precedent, by looking the other way, not being bothered to have such investigations. So the Supreme Court justices chose to do the same. They FEAR challenging the FBI, The CIA, and The Pentagon.

I guess their lives, livelihood, and careers was the concern. So by not giving the approval for another thorough investigation, they are in fact saying, "I see no wrong doing, therefore, the need for any further investigation is un-warranted,"

However, George W. Bush may be out of The White House, but his policies and political mentality is very much Alive & Well therein!

President Barack H. Obama was awarded the Nobel Prize Laureate For Peace & A Nuclear Free World. The 1.4 million EU or US dollars will be donated to Charity, says the Obama Administration.

This should also reinforce the expectations of Americans for bringing our troops home.

However, voices in many quarters of the public domain, wonder and is asking, what has he achieved to warrant this noble recognition?

But the decision to award him was made based on the above title, and the committee felt that he was indeed on the right path.

And has already made a significant difference in changing the global political climate, and reconciling with allies for past misconceptions or misdeeds, that America may have wrought towards some.

Meanwhile, the US & N.A.T.O. are bogged down in Iraq and Afghanistan, in a conflict with no rational end in sight. Plus the continued loss of civilian and military lives growing, on a daily basis.

However, only time will tell if he is truly qualified to have received this award!

SOCIALISM And CAPITALISM co-existing with each other, may be the future for all of humanity.

Capitalism has not rendered us morally upright or equally satisfied materially.

And Socialism has not brought about the daily essentials and needs that are required, for modern development and consumption for all either.

So striking a balance between these two ideologies may be the solution for future development of all cultures.

CHINA:

This country seem to be heading in that direction. But they would have to ensure that the agricultural base is maintained, individual ownership of land, less state intervention and dictation, for increased production and productivity.

And to also ensure that there is increased production of agricultural produce for internal consumption always. And any excess could be exported overseas, with the revenue re-invested in those agrarian communities.

RUSSIA:

This country's native population is dwindling annually, and if some effort is not made, or ordinary Russians encouraged to contemplate having at least one child, or another child. Then in the next decade or two, migrants will be heavily depended upon to fill the every growing gap/void of manual, un-skilled, blue collar, and service industry jobs therein.

Embracing Migrants From Foreign Lands:

This may be one solution for Russia, and other countries without enough or appropriate skills, education, know how, and technological experience and expertise, to contemplate.

Governments will have to embrace foreign labor or immigrants, regardless of their internal opposition to it, because of necessity. How governments go about this is left to the individual states to develop policies and laws of legality, and for immigration, that would allow for this development to take place.

The USA:

This country was founded of principles and beliefs which subscribe to the view, that all humankind, must have Liberty to move or travel anywhere he/she thinks would better his/her condition, Freedom of Self and Expression, and the Rule Of Law, in a Democratic Atmosphere. With these aspirations enshrined in the National Constitution, millions have traveled from around the globe, to experience this unique human and cultural experience.

In recent decades Immigrants Of Color have been emigrating there in droves seeking betterment. This has caused some local and national concerns. Most employers who hire these un-skilled (more or less) new arrivals, pay them less than the regular wages, and work them longer hours that those who are Nationals, and are legally represented under the laws, and may be unionized workers too.

Immigrants Of Color can be seen in every aspect of the national service industries, agricultural, and other production industries, working alongside Americans, but getting less for their work. This irregularity and un-fair Labor practice has fueled resentment among these immigrants, and are also causing the Nationals to feel threatened for their supposed entitled jobs/employment positions, which they feel are in jeopardy.

China Comes Of Age At Sixty-1949-2009

China celebrates her 60Th birthday, just allow me to express some views on this celebration and anniversary.

Ever since Mao ZeDong brought the Cultural Revolution, followed by The Great Leap Forward, then came Democratization & Industrialization. Leaving in it's wake the millions of rural farmers, many of whom was never able to fully enjoy or benefit much from this progress and development.

However, China has achieved much, with great passion for hard work, sacrifice, resolve, suffering, and faith in the belief that their country MUST be developed, and be an equal partner in trade, diplomacy, and military might with the developed western hemisphere.

Being able to make these bold and brave strides does not come easily of without compromises, many of which will entail some loss of personal freedoms, and personal dissent with the system as it grows and changes are being made.

Sometimes much to the chagrin of those who it will impact negatively, more or less!

However, China is on the move, and will not allow anyone or anything to stop or slow it's growth. But at what expense it is prepared to suffer in this regard, is anybody's guess.

Incdentally, China has 56 Nationalities within it's borders, living side by side (as they say there), in Unity!

China has also reduced the man power or strength of the military. And has raised the technological aspects, in keeping with modern military requirements and munitions.

Happy 6oTh Birthday China, you deserve it!

We Are Living In A Parallel Universe!

Today, more than ever I am thoroughly convinced that this planet, us humans, and this universe is a twin. Yes, we are in a parallel universe. I have had these suspicions for several years now, triggered by several personal experiences such as meeting someone whom I knew I've met, but could not fathom where. Seeing individuals that look exactly like someone I knew personally some place and time before. They even walked, talked, and behaved like the person or individuals I've known before.

I have had dreams that took me to places that looked exactly like this planet, people of different ethnic groups and complexion, that look just like we do on this earth, people that behaved, spoke, acted, sang, danced, made love, had sex, and did bad things exactly like we do on this planet also. I have had dreams, visions (awake and
asleep) where I met individuals that I knew somehow, we went places, did things together, and parted in a manner that baffled me, to the point where as I was about to leave that person's presence or company. I watched as he/she walked away into the sunset, or into the ground literally, and disappeared from sight too.

Then I realized what was happening, I realized that I was on another planet, another place and time, and that I did not truly belong there. At least not at that time.

Then I awoke, and wondered if that individual realized what was happening also, and if that individual had the same experience that I was having with such an encounter too? I also had experiences on another planet that looked like ours, where I was killed, and as the blade or gunshot struck me, I awoke immediately, and realize that I was still alive, and back on earth, as though nothing happened. Then I realized once more, that a parallel existence MUST be a reality for me to be so convinced, and recognizable.

The Prophets, Seers, Shamans, and Spiritual Leaders Of Yore Realized It Too:

Yes, these people realized it to, but was also like me, unable to comprehend what they too were experiencing back then. They tried to explain these things in the light of their own cultural experiences, background, and interpretation, So many points of view were expressed and shared about them. Some said it was an after lfe, Some said it was re-incarnation of souls, until finally the individual would reach Nirvana, or the completion of the soul's journey to enlightenment. Others call it Heaven. And in recent times, with the advent of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and other faiths, this has become the anticipated end of the human journey.

But all of these peoples and religious philosophies subscribed to some after life, or some other existence that us humans are a part of, and could expect to experience if we behave in certain ways, or believe in certain doctrines prescribed by our Elders of yore. All with the intent to mold our minds to work towards making this perception a reality at some future time. Today, it is referred to as The End Time, or The Coming of The Mufti, or the Advent Of The Christ, or The Return Of The Caliph.

Can Anyone Prove That We Are Indeed In A Parallel Universe?

I don't think with our current scientific technologies that would be possible. And I also don't think humans will ever be able to transcend time and space. Because we as physical beings AGE. And to be able to transcend Time And Space, requires preventing the Aging Process From Taking Place Physically. And we are all aware, that all material things are transformed via the aging stages, in it's development processes.

The invisible essence of all things is yet to be fully comprehended by as humans. At least with our limited and sometimes confused perception, of what we call The Human Reality or Experience.

Here is another suggestion by some of the world's Influential Financiers, and Caucasian World Leaders, suggesting this concept, with the view that with such currency firmly in place, could prevent another or similar Global Financial Crisis, like the one we are now experiencing.

The upcoming G-20 Summit of political leaders will be discussing this idea to some extent supposedly. And I wonder if those who advocate for a Global Financial Currency for Foreign Exchange Purposes, fail to realize that it was not the foreign currency of any one country that caused this crisis.

It was the GREED, the SCAMS, the Irrational Risks taken by Bankers, Investors, Traders, and Greedy Brokers, who felt they knew how to Scam the works, Make A Killing for themselves and their clients. Until their Calculated Risks went awry.

Now they want to re-invent the wheel, to facilitate themselves once more, in acummulating more wealth, more control of the world's wealth, and more Concentrated Greed in the hands of those like themselves (mostly White men), who never seem to be satisfied with spreading the wealth.

But is bent of acquiring more and more wealth for themselves, their kind, and their communities.

My Cold War Years Remembered!

As a child growing up in British Guiana, the Cold War was something of a mystery out of some Novel or Movie. I heard my mother and neighbors mention from time to time, how EVIL The Soviet union was, and how they are planning to use nuclear weapons on the Western hemisphere, because us here in the west are Evil Capitalists, and is a threat to Communism and the ultimate Communist quest for global implementation.

All of those things sounded to me very strange and grave, to say the least. Coupled with that, I would see movies that showed individuals who sought asylum into the USA, and was referred to as DEFECTORS from Communism. And I wondered to myself if that place was really that Evil or Bad, to cause citizens to want to flee from there?

In my naivete, I believed most of what was said on the radio/wireless, the television, and at the movies. And there was an enormous volume of movies showing The Soviet Union in a very negative light, socially, politically, and as a military threat to the West.

I was also very happy when I heard of someone who managed to DEFECT to the West successfully. And the local newspapers showed photos of all those that were able to escape the so-called Iron Curtain. That description also sounded very sinister to me too.

The Fall Of The Berlin Wall:

When the fall of that wall was in progress, I was in amazed, and all the while, watching on television how many Germans from the Western side tried to assist those who were hanging from the wall, or trying to scale it, with the help of some Border guards, But mostly German citizens on the Western Side.

And I wondered how much longer will this continue before the East Side guards said enough was enough, and started shooting them, or started preventing anymore from getting across. But the flow continued un-abated, without interference.

When this man shook his fist with a shoe at the podium, that too made me wonder if he was telling his people, that in time there will be a war with the west. And that he was prepared for it too. Yes, a child's imagination running wild at that time.

Also when US president Ronald Reagan visited there, and the
S.A.L.T. treaty was agreed upon. I felt much relief from that experience and knowledge. I believed that with that trip, and agreement between these two powers, the world was a much safer place to be in now.

Is The Cold War Truly Over?

I believe for those of us who lived during the Cold War era, experienced the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the building and stock piling of Nuclear Weapons between the USA and Russia primarily. It is extremely difficult to put that fear on hold. Or to forget that period in time.

But the current generations of world leaders may not have such baggage to deal with psychologically. And may be better equipped mentally and psychologically, to operate more favorably with Russia, and other states, with or without nuclear weapons.

They captured two Gasoline Supply Trucks, but could not cross a stream to safety. So they allowed the locals to syphon off the gas for personal use instead.

US drones mistakenly took them all for the Taliban. Thus causing ninety civilians to be killed in that DRONE STRIKE.

This is yet another one of those scenarios that Afghan civilians have to endure, because of mistaken identity by US and NATO Military Strikes, in both Afghanistan and Pakistan.

How much longer will the Afghans endure this slaughter, before they rise up en-masse, against the occupying forces of The West?

This may eventually lead to a Saigon Scenario effect, like when the US soldiers had to literally run for their lives to the Saigon Airport, during the final days of US occupation of Vietnam.

This bill would allow the president to have the Internet access of any suspect DISCONTINUED in the so-called National Interest.

This to my mind is just another way to control who accesses the Internet by the state. And to further LIMIT Internet or Cyber access to those the STATE feels are terrorists, Anti-American, or want to prevent from so doing for political reasons.

If this is what president Barack Obama intends to do to his supporters and the American people. I say it MUST be RESISTED with URGENCY and fortitude.

This also reminds me about the intention that George W. Bush, and his acolytes had, when they too imposed the Ascroft Bill/Act, which Barack Obama promised to revamp or amend, but has not touched as yet either.

This Bill MUST never be allowed to pass PERIOD!

Bill would give president emergency control of Internet

Internet companies and civil liberties groups were alarmed this spring when a U.S. Senate bill proposed handing the White House the power to disconnect private-sector computers from the Internet.
They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft of S.773 (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.
"I think the redraft, while improved, remains troubling due to its vagueness," said Larry Clinton, president of the Internet Security Alliance, which counts representatives of Verizon, Verisign, Nortel, and Carnegie Mellon University on its board. "It is unclear what authority Sen. Rockefeller thinks is necessary over the private sector. Unless this is clarified, we cannot properly analyze, let alone support the bill."
Representatives of other large Internet and telecommunications companies expressed concerns about the bill in a teleconference with Rockefeller's aides this week, but were not immediately available for interviews on Thursday.
A spokesman for Rockefeller also declined to comment on the record Thursday, saying that many people were unavailable because of the summer recess. A Senate source familiar with the bill compared the president's power to take control of portions of the Internet to what President Bush did when grounding all aircraft on Sept. 11, 2001. The source said that one primary concern was the electrical grid, and what would happen if it were attacked from a broadband connection.
When Rockefeller, the chairman of the Senate Commerce committee, and Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) introduced the original bill in April, they claimed it was vital to protect national cybersecurity. "We must protect our critical infrastructure at all costs--from our water to our electricity, to banking, traffic lights and electronic health records," Rockefeller said.
The Rockefeller proposal plays out against a broader concern in Washington, D.C., about the government's role in cybersecurity. In May, President Obama acknowledged that the government is "not as prepared" as it should be to respond to disruptions and announced that a new cybersecurity coordinator position would be created inside the White House staff. Three months later, that post remains empty, one top cybersecurity aide has quit, and some wags have begun to wonder why a government that receives failing marks on cybersecurity should be trusted to instruct the private sector what to do.
Rockefeller's revised legislation seeks to reshuffle the way the federal government addresses the topic. It requires a "cybersecurity workforce plan" from every federal agency, a "dashboard" pilot project, measurements of hiring effectiveness, and the implementation of a "comprehensive national cybersecurity strategy" in six months--even though its mandatory legal review will take a year to complete.
The privacy implications of sweeping changes implemented before the legal review is finished worry Lee Tien, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation in San Francisco. "As soon as you're saying that the federal government is going to be exercising this kind of power over private networks, it's going to be a really big issue," he says.
Probably the most controversial language begins in Section 201, which permits the president to "direct the national response to the cyber threat" if necessary for "the national defense and security." The White House is supposed to engage in "periodic mapping" of private networks deemed to be critical, and those companies "shall share" requested information with the federal government. ("Cyber" is defined as anything having to do with the Internet, telecommunications, computers, or computer networks.)
"The language has changed but it doesn't contain any real additional limits," EFF's Tien says. "It simply switches the more direct and obvious language they had originally to the more ambiguous (version)...The designation of what is a critical infrastructure system or network as far as I can tell has no specific process. There's no provision for any administrative process or review. That's where the problems seem to start. And then you have the amorphous powers that go along with it."
Translation: If your company is deemed "critical," a new set of regulations kick in involving who you can hire, what information you must disclose, and when the government would exercise control over your computers or network.
The Internet Security Alliance's Clinton adds that his group is "supportive of increased federal involvement to enhance cyber security, but we believe that the wrong approach, as embodied in this bill as introduced, will be counterproductive both from an national economic and national secuity perspective."
Update at 3:14 p.m. PDT: I just talked to Jena Longo, deputy communications director for the Senate Commerce committee, on the phone. She sent me e-mail with this statement:
The president of the United States has always had the constitutional authority, and duty, to protect the American people and direct the national response to any emergency that threatens the security and safety of the United States. The Rockefeller-Snowe Cybersecurity bill makes it clear that the president's authority includes securing our national cyber infrastructure from attack.
The section of the bill that addresses this issue, applies specifically to the national response to a severe attack or natural disaster. This particular legislative language is based on longstanding statutory authorities for wartime use of communications networks. The war there cannot be perceived as successful for the following reasons:

The TALIBAN are part of the pre-dominant Ethnic group called the PASTHUNS. This group by and large supported the Taliban since before the war, and still does, to some extent now.

The other ethnic groups there also in many ways, depend on the Taliban for daily sustenance for crops they cannot grow or sell successfully. So they sell their services to the Taliban's insurrectionist policies.

Some Ethnic groups grow the Poppy crop, that is vitally needed for their own sustenance, and to provide the finances for the Taliban group's insurrectionist efforts, to oust all foreign troops from that country.

President Hamid Karzai has finally come to realize that his governance cannot survive, much less thrive without the inclusion of some elements of Taliban leadership. Especially in the South, where they are very influential and control; all aspects of that part of the country. Coupled with that reality, are the fact that not all ethnic groups are supportive of his government, and will continue to listen to their War Lord's leadership for directives, and give them support whenever they require same from them.

This is the current reality in Afghanistan. And whoever emerges victorious in the upcoming national elections, govern effectively without pandering to, or catering to all ethnic groups in that country.

After the political victory is assured, the new government MUST ensure that all ethnic groups are represented therein, have representatives regionally in positions of Local Government, so that the Central government will be able to directly influence what if happening in the various regions of the country.

And also ensure that whomever represents the Central Government in Kabul, fully understands to who loyalty is required, and operates transparently, credibly, and without social, religious, ethnic, or political preferences.

To my mind, these individuals have little or no say into how much the company's executives are paid.

All they do mostly, is attend the annual shareholder's meetings, and be told how much the company is making in profits, and how much they can expect in dividends.

That is basically the attitude that mist big companies show their share holders. Unless Share Holders feel unfairly rewarded for their investments, they usually sit back and accept what they are given, and hope to get more the next time around.

At most Share Holders meetings, the members do ask questions, are given some explanations, but are unable to truly impact the decisions of the Board Of Directors in any significant way.

The only time Share Holders really do have an impact, is if the company is losing large sums of money. Then the may ask why, and possibly recommend a removal of the Principal Director, CEO, or Chairman of the company.

How Does Religion Factor In This Equation?

Religion is a set of rituals, followed or revered by a group of people. Be it a Tribe, or people of a certain region or territory.

These rituals may be pagan in practice, or verbally communicated to others via a Shaman, Seer, Guru, Monk, High Priest, Sage, or any person, the group believes or appoints, to conduct or impart these rituals to the group.

How Does Ethnicity Factor Into These Two Categories?

Ethnicity came into being when humans could specifically identify certain physical features among themselves, that is specific to those that live, dwell, inhabit, or cohabit together, over a period of time.

Thus creating via this experience, a certain physical profile peculiar to themselves.

Thereby causing the term ethnicity to be used as a category for identification purposes, with other human groups. For example, the Chinese, the Anglo Saxons, The Asiatic peoples, The Occidental or Oriental peoples, the Blacks or Peoples of African roots or origin.

This reminds me of the time when the prophet Mohammed, after several decades of war with infidels, he DECREED or issued a Fatwah, allowing men to marry more than one woman. So long as he could afford to support them, and house them under ONE tent.

If we assume that this finding is REAL and TRUE. Then the next question is.

* Did this new HIV transmission occur via Blood or Inhalation?

Because as far as I am aware, HIV is transmitted via Body Fluids, or HIV contaminated Blood Transfusions.

And if we could accept that this new HIV associated strain supposedly contracted by some Gorilla or Chimpanzee, then it had to be of a SEXUAL nature. And that leads to the speculation that some Male or Female may have had some sexual encounter with a Chimp or a Gorilla!

Until the SPECIFIC mode of transmission of this new HIV strain is determined. I refuse to accept this new finding or speculation/s.

As a child growing up, I attended Kindergarten school, like so many children were expected to do, to begin their education. Writing in cursive was a MUST at that time, in all schools, regardless of whether they were private or state controlled.

Today, some wonder if the computer generation will not have the ability to write in that manner, because everything is done automatically in TEXT format, and thus far, there are no cursive keys on our key boards to allow for that type of writing.

Incidentally, for those who are not sure what cursive writing is, and may be too lazy to find out. Here is the definition.

CURSIVE writing allows the writer to connect letters together. Instead or writing JOHN, the writer will join each letter together!

I read an article today that claimed some person at the age of twenty six years of age, could not write in cursive. I presume that this person may have had his initial education on some other planet. Because the computer and Internet only came on board in the 1970's. So this medium cannot be blamed for his ignorance.

I hope that cursive writing skills are still being taught in our Kindergarten schools, and encouraged by all teachers and professors in High School and Colleges too.

Because these skills are preferred when writing personal letters, applications to future employers, college exams, essays, and research papers, and is another way to display ones ability to think and write with fluidity and grace!

The Obama administration seem to believe that the national economy has reached Rock Bottom, and the rate of un-employment is decreasing steadily. So how are we going to know for sure, when employers will re-hire fired employees, start hiring again, or even resort to giving back their employees the normal forty hour per week work schedule?

The current data indicates that un-employment is at 12 %. And that figure will increase, but not greatly as the National Economy Stimulus Package starts taking effect. Any yet I saw in the news that New York State governor is complaining that as yet, he has not received his state's Stimulus Package monies.

So I am wondering about California's economy on the verge of bankruptcy, with layoffs in the thousands, Federal spending cuts in the millions, shorter working hours across the board for almost every industry or enterprise. And I ask myself if the American people could continue to hold on much longer, hoping that things will improve in their respective areas anytime soon.

Furthermore, only 3% of the Initial Stimulus Package was invested in the economy, so those who are thinking about another stimulus package, should acquaint themselves with the facts, before anticipating catastrophe just yet!

After all, he is the Defense Secretary, and the one appointed to oversee and review all Defense Contracts, and Defense needs for the US military services.

The point I am making are the following:

* Any individual male or female, adult or child MUST be allowed access to the Internet.

* Internet access MUST be FREE.

* Internet use must be based on need, affordable provider, variety, Fiber Optic technology, and without Commercial Coercion.

* No Internet user should be denied access to the Internet if he/she downloaded music, or movies from another Internet user.

* No Internet user should be judicially penalized because he/she shared files (music, movies or videos), with friends or contacts on the Internet for FREE.

* And no Internet user should be penalized by any Judge, the State, or Private Enterprise, because he/she downloaded some copyrighted material from another Internet user online, for FREE. To view, or listen to, regardless of who legally owns it.

So long as those Internet users did not personally sell those materials that they accessed freely.

Furthermore:

There seem to be the attitude of some governments and commercial enterprises to suggest, that Internet users MUST comply with their wishes. And this attitude and behavior conflicts with the established understanding, that the Internet was originally created for FREE use by anyone who chose to do so.

This debate does not explain fully how disease is sexually transmitted. And how the suggestion that Circumcism will be of any help.

However, here is my TAKE on this issue.

* Male Genital Circumcism does NOT prevent HIV or any other sexual disease transmission.

* Herpes, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and other sexually transmitted diseases can also be contracted regardless or whether the male is circumcised or not.

And finally, HIV is not the only disease that is LETHAL. Syphilis is also lethal if it goes undetected and untreated for a lengthy period of time.

So those who advocate for the Circumcism of all males are ignorant of the TRUE reality, and how diseases are transmitted sexually.

I have listened to Senator Barack Obama speak about Community Service initiatives by the Federal Government, that encourages High Schoolers, College kids, Seniors, Juniors, Retirees, and anyone with special skills that they would like to share with the community.

* To get involved in providing voluntary contributions in schools, churches, community organizations, overseas, and any place they feel they would like to serve.

* This ideal could also be facilitated to HIV patients who have lived or survived this pandemic:

* Have been taking the prescribed medications, and have personally known and experienced all the side effects of these medications. Which makes them eligible to advocate for Federal, State, and City funding for improved prevention, and to facilitate where necessary, with some "per-diem" emoluments.

* For their willingness to make themselves available to train, impart, and facilitate HIV Infected People's Groups, Gender Identity issues, and Stigma relating to HIV infection, Family issues, Sexual and Gender identity issues.

*And helping them to access the services for people living with HIV, as it relates to language differences, gender identity, and sexual preferences.

All of these areas are ready to provide qualified personnel to assist the Federal, State, and City government's commissions and committees that would organize, facilitate, and provide such personnel, training, and advocacy, whenever and wherever the need arise.

FINALLY:

I am ready and willing also to get on board any committee that initiates programs for training advocates to petition political representatives, petition political representatives for more HIV and related funding needs, providing some per-diem can be provided, which will assist in transportation, accommodation, and other out of pocket needs, when involved in any of these programs.

I watched a discussion on your france24.com television today. And there was a discussion that one of your anchors had with two African women about Africa's plight currently. Unfortunately, these two women tried in their own fashion to explain some of the problems there. But was unable to CLEARLY do so, in any coherent and logical manner.

And I was very disappointed by this lame and inept participation from these two women.

I would have imagined that anyone attending such a interview on TV would have at least prepare some written pointers, so that they would be able to have it at hand when that question arises, to aid an intelligent response.

But I guess some of us are not so inclined to prepare beforehand.

However, I believe that most of the African states, especially where there is a dictatorship, or military governance, the commonweal have little or no choice, but to go along with what the state espouses.

Mainly because the state controls the national media/radio, the press, and the Internet (where that medium is available).

When it comes to national elections, the commonweal does not have viable and credible political representatives to identify with.

Much less trust to represent them with clear and identifiable policies that the people want.

And finally, most local politics are based on ethnicity, and ethnic preferences. And this very often is used by politicians, and the state to divide the people politically, regionally, and nationally, in almost every election process and preparation.

The Federal Government In Baghdad & It's Relations With The Kurds!

Since the military overthrow of Saddam Hussein, and the subsequent Democratically elected Shia controlled government and Parliament. There has been some worrying and concerns with how the National Oil Revenues will be distributed.

Legislation was enacted since 2003 in the Iraqi Parliament, ratified and passed into law, but have not been implemented as of yet.

It pertains to the entering and approving of all Oil Contracts with foreign companies, and how the revenues will be distributed.

However, at the present time, the Kurdish government in the Kurdish controlled region has already entered into Oil Contracts with foreign companies. But under the current Iraqi Legislation, those contracts MUST be approved by the Central Government in Baghdad.

Therefore, if any oil contract is entered into without the prior approval of The Central Government in Baghdad, those contracts have no legal bearing, and would be null and void under the current laws.

Meanwhile, the potential for Iraq to produce huge quantities of oil, and export increased amounts of oil is tremendous. And there are still many oil fields that have yet to be explored and developed in several regions of Iraq.

The US military was protecting all of Iraq's Oil fields since the invasion started. But that will soon come to and end, with the handing over of such responsibility to the National Security Forces of Iraq very soon.

Governance:

In this regard, president Obama stressed the need for transparency and good governance throughout Africa. A Free Press where there is none, and the ability to dissent or protest against the political administration. Because these are some of the methods through which democracy is practiced.

Equality Under The Law:

* In this regard, president Obama stressed that all Africans and people everywhere MUST have Equal Rights Under The Law, especially in a democracy. And that states MUST never use power to Change The Constitution to allow any political administration to extend itself in power, or to favor any administration in power.

* America and my administration Abhors the Manipulating Of Constitutions, Free Press Curtailments, Coercive and Oppressive Governance.

* Lack of Transparency & The Rule Of Law, and Equal Opportunities For All Africans.

Education & National Service:

In this regard, president Obama stressed the need for YOUNG PEOPLE especially, to get involved in community/nation building, via a good education, community service, and positive actions in their personal lives.

And hold their political leaders and administration accountable for any failures, corruption, or un-transparency in the political process of governance.

Finally:

Most of President Obama's address was directed to all of Africa's leadership and populace. He mentioned his family history and ties to Africa, and how former Africans who became slaves, contributed to the economic growth of their slave masters.

But today with independence in most former colonies, an educated African elite and commonweal, they must not rest until all of Africa realizes it true potential economically, politically, and globally.

Yes all that Michael Jackson wanted was Love!

Love is what he gave to all who met him,

felt him, embraced him, and saw him.

Love is what Michael never fully got from his father,

But instead what he got was verbal and physical abuse,

most of the time.

Some people asked why was he so frail?

Why was he so sensitive?

Why was he so giving?

But these people were unable to comprehend Michael's love,

Because it was so pure, so un-conditional, so real, and so relentless,

That it made some individuals feel guilty,

ashamed, envious, and embarrassed.

Because they were unable to reciprocate,

unable to feel, unable to give,

and unable to accept his love for what is was!

Michael was one of those rare kinds who wore his love outwards,

Wore it proudly, and dared anyone to refuse it, but not resent it!

Michael never had a normal childhood,

like most youngsters suppose to have.

He was being used to make money, make music,

and make others feel good about themselves.

Long before he even understood what he was doing all meant!

And for that loss,

he never grew up to fully comprehend the real word of Adulthood,

adult prejudices, adult hates, and adult maturity!

So he improvised most of the time,

Sometimes successfully,

Sometimes un-successfully!

When Michael danced or performed,

It was his way of showing and expressing his love,

for all of humanity.

Because he felt that all of humanity needs love,

despite the fact that he never got much love as a child.

He did some childish things,

that society did not accept, understood, and even rejected.

They brought him before Pilate on charges of wrongdoing.

But he was found innocent of all charges!

An yet some of his accusers

would not accept the decision of the court.

And continued to ridicule him,

every time they got the chance to do so.

But that did not affect his love for all.

Those negative aspersions, did not prevent his success,

did not cause his fans to resent him either.

In fact, if has helped to consolidate his love

for, and from his fans even more that before his trial!

Rest in Peace my Friend, my Idol, and my Brother,

You have labored hard and untiring,

And it is now your turn to relax,

Put your Feet up, and Smell the Roses,

in PEACE.

How Does An Agenda Develop Between Two States?

I suspect that if or when the governments of two states decides to establish or re-establish relations with each other, the following methods are pursued.

* The Foreign Ministers or Ambassadors prepare a draft of proposals to be discussed.

* Each Foreign Minister or Ambassador with the permission and agreement of their respective government, meet with each other to compare and contrast each other's proposals.

* And in the process, comes up with a mutually agreed set of topics, that would comprised the agenda between the two political leaders.

* When this final document/agenda is approved by each party, then the preparations for the summit or face to face meeting is arranged.

This I presume will be the strategy between the Obama administration and the Iranian administration, if or when they eventually agree to meet at the presidential level.

Michael Jackson's Skin Color & Black Americans!

There has always been concern within the Black American communities about the skin tone of Michael Jackson, some years when he went solo. Rumor had it that he was suffering from some genetic disease, others said he did some intravenous surgery that altered his skin color, others also said that he was guilty of his Black ethnicity, and wanted to look more European, for whatever reasons.

However, be that as it may, Black Americans publicly distanced themselves (in the main), whenever they were asked about some of Michael's cosmetic changes and behavior. Some even said that they were unable to tell what ethnic group to associate him with, because he was once Black, during the days when he sang with his other four brothers. But today, meaning (before he died), he looks more White than Black.

And that embarrassed most Black Americans!

So why the sudden identification and association with Michael Jackson?

Black Americans have a penchant for forgiving their fellows after some period of embarrassment or misdemeanor. They do so with athletes, entertainers, and even felons. This seems to be the way they assert themselves politically and culturally as a minority in this culture, where they are still being socially and economically oppressed.

Just after his sudden death, Rev.Al Sharpton said publicly how much Michael contributed to the Civil Rights movement, when most of his fellow Black Americans chose to be silent or not get involved in the movement, and for his contribution (according to him), Black America will be forever grateful.

However, Michael Jackson and his other four brothers came into mainstream America like a lighting bolt. They were phenomenal in the way they sang, impacted youths, and performed wherever they went. They were able to crossover all ethnic groups with their music and performances. So when Michael chose to separate himself from his brothers, and do solo gigs, to the point of being the world's
most admired, sought after, and listened to Pop Artiste.

Blacks in America had something and someone they were very proud of.

So despite his personal troubles, antics, and eccentricities, Michael Jackson was one of Black America's icons.

And will forever be so in the hearts of all ethnicity worldwide!

The Public Option Health Care Provider & What Is Means!

Hithero, most consumers sought a Health Care provider according to their financial means. Those who had the means got the best services, from the best Health Care Providers.

And those that could not afford the better ones had to settle for the sub standard providers, which did not provide for most of the needs, that most consumers wanted from their doctors/physicians.

How will the Public Option Work?

The Public Option gives those who do not have Health Care the option to have one.

It also allows consumers the CHOICE between the Established providers, and the Federally Subsidized Provider/Plans.

Both Health Care plans would be providing for the health Care needs of any American that wants it.

The only difference is that we would be getting to choose between the Public Option, and The Private Option.

If anyone does not want Healthcare for whatever reason, he/she has that option too also.

But the provision is there for all, if or when they so choose to get Health Care.

Racial Profiling In France!

France has a national philosophy that says 'we are a color blind society This ideal or concept contradicts the reality on the ground in France, for the following reasons.

* If you are a Black, Arab, Caribbean native, or Non White male, chances are, you would be stopped and frisked or asked for identity papers on the streets by the Police in France.

This is the current reality, and is has been so for decades.

France as far as I am aware, does not keep a record of Racial Profiling by the Police in any region or province, to validate these accusations. But thousands of individuals have complained that they were frisked or asked to show identity papers just because they were non-White, even though they did nothing wrong or broke any laws.

This Police Profiling is something that is taken for granted by those who indulge in it, because they claim that certain crimes are evident within certain communities. Especially the Arab, Black, and Immigrant communities.

But I say that this is just another stereotype that has been allowed to fester for decades, without challenge from the political establishment. Probably because those that are profiled by the Police does not have the political clout to create a national outcry, or embarrass the status quo.

Until the French people and their government legislate for the social protection of those who are not French by nationality. And provide Legislation that penalizes any Policeman for arresting or harassing any Non White, just because he was perceived as a criminal.

This will continue to plague Communities Of Color in France on a daily basis.

The Wars Of The Future Are Cyber Wars!

Today global communication is conducted primarily via computer technology and Internet accessing. The computer has become the modus operandi for us to communicate with each other on a global scale, hitherto unheard of.

Our military systems are also dependent on this technology to operate missiles, launch missiles, launch satellites, and launch directives or cods that will send drones, or warheads towards an enemy thousands of miles away, that is unseen.

The ability to hack into military systems, or law enforcement systems, or National Security Systems are VERY REAL indeed, with expert computer hackers. Some of which do so for a fee, others to interrupt or sabotage, others to brag about.

This reality is the concern or most or all governments worldwide, and are being contemplated on with their own defense systems manned by officially conscripted hackers to work for the state, to guard or prevent their individual systems from being sabotaged or compromised by hackers.

So How Could We Avoid Any Major Catastrophe?

There have been some state to state hacking already, and the victimized states are already known. But hacking into computers worldwide is being done on a daily, and hourly basis. So those governments that are seriously bent of protecting their security networks or systems, MUST endeavor to implement certain technological changes and Fire Walls, to prevent sophisticated hacking into their systems.

And this will naturally cost large sums of revenue to pay for the know how, the recruits, and systems to build, develop, and monitor.

But it has to be done!
